USA250GEAR.com will accept returns within 30 days for products that are not used, unopened, defective, or if you are not happy with the item for any reason. If you would like to exchange your product, you can also do that through our return’s portal.

What items are returnable?
USA250GEAR.com will accept returns on items delivered within 30 days of the package’s arrival. We accept returns on clean, unworn & unscented apparel, and all other non-apparel items unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Please note that USA250GEAR.com does not provide return labels for any returned items (unless otherwise specified). Customer is responsible for return postage.
What orders are not refundable?
- Items marked as final sale
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail items
- Custom t-shirts, hats, or products
How do I exchange for another size/style/etc?
We offer immediate exchanges through our return portal. Process your return above, and you will be able to exchange the item you wish.
I received one of your products as a gift, and I want to return or exchange it
No problem! Go through our return’s portal above, and you will receive a prepaid label to exchange it.
Do you offer on-site returns or exchanges?
No. We do not have a retail store location, and we're unable to offer warehouse returns/exchanges.
You sent me the wrong merchandise/something was left out of my order. How do I get my stuff?
So sorry for the inconvenience! We want to make things right! Please send us an email at help@USA250GEAR.com before processing your return. Let us know what the error is, and we will do our best to get a replacement and/or complete your order ASAP.
My merchandise is damaged. What do I do?
Go through our returns portal above and send it back to us using the prepaid label. If there are broken pieces in your order, please do not send it back! Be very careful and discard the broken item. Email help@USA250GEAR.com and detail what the damage to the item is, and send any applicable pics to help us understand the issue.
How soon will I get my refund?
Returns can take anywhere from 7 to 14 business days to arrive at our warehouse and be inspected by our team. Once your refund is issued (to your original form of payment), it takes 2-3 business days to show on your bank/financial statement.
I got my refund, but it's not for the full purchase amount. How come?
USA250GEAR.com does not provide refunds for original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error or we are replacing a damaged item.
