Where are your products made?

All of our products are 100% made in the USA, from sourcing materials to manufacturing. We work with American union workers and domestic factories to ensure quality and authenticity.

Are your materials also sourced in the USA?

Yes! Our commitment to “Totally Made in the USA” means every part of the process, from fabric to final stitch, stays on American soil.

Are your products union-made?

Yes! We proudly partner with unionized American workers who are paid fair wages and work in ethical conditions.

How long does shipping take?

Since we ship directly from U.S. facilities, most orders arrive quickly and efficiently. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Customer will return the item to USA 250 GEAR. Once the Items are received back at USA 250 GEAR and verified to be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition their return shipping will be refunded if the return is due to a product defect. Do you offer bulk or custom orders?

Yes, we have produced custom designs for many of our clients! If you have a special request for a group or event, reach out to us at usa250gearcom@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Many of our items are restocked regularly. If something you love is out of stock, email us to let us know. We will do our best to bring popular items back in stock as soon as possible.
